Privacy Policy
Finnexion Oy provides the Finnexion AI customer-service platform. This policy explains how we process account, website visitor, and chat data.
Data we process
We process account and workspace details, imported public website content, chat messages, technical logs, subscription information, and support requests. Do not submit sensitive personal information through the chatbot.
Purpose and legal basis
We use this data to provide and secure the service, answer customer questions, measure usage, prevent abuse, and manage subscriptions. Customers are responsible for the lawful content and notices on their own websites.
Service providers and transfers
We use Supabase for database and authentication, OpenAI for AI processing, Vercel for hosting, and Stripe for billing when enabled. Data may be processed outside the EEA with appropriate contractual safeguards provided by these suppliers.
Retention and your rights
Workspace data is retained while the service is active and normally removed within 30 days after an account deletion request, except where law requires longer retention. You may request access, correction, export, restriction, or deletion.
