Terms of Service
These terms govern use of Finnexion AI by businesses and their authorized team members.
Service and accounts
You must provide accurate account information, keep credentials secure, and use the service only for lawful business purposes. You are responsible for your imported content and for informing website visitors about chat data processing.
AI limitations
AI responses can be incomplete or inaccurate. You must review important outputs and must not use the service as the sole basis for legal, medical, financial, or other high-impact decisions.
Plans and fair use
Plans include stated limits for messages, assistants, and team seats. Trial access lasts 14 days unless extended. Paid subscriptions renew until cancelled; applicable taxes may be added.
Acceptable use
You may not abuse the service, bypass limits, introduce malicious content, infringe rights, or use it to create unlawful, deceptive, or harmful interactions. We may suspend access to protect the platform or others.
Availability and liability
The service is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, Finnexion Oy is not liable for indirect losses or for decisions made solely from AI output. Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.
